SHIPPING
Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday – Friday) excluding holidays. Order processing may take up to 48 hrs from time of purchase, please allow an additional 3 days for shipping. RETURN POLICY
Defective merchandise purchased through Baitrun may be returned at any time. Unwashed or Unworn items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange when returned within 30 days of purchase date. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be eligible for a merchandise exchange or a merchandise certificate for the price paid.
Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange at any time. A mail check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit.
If we sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective, once the product is received, we will refund your shipping price, otherwise customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
